Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

DashProof ships from a warehouse inside the United States. That's the whole reason your order arrives in days rather than weeks.

Delivery time

Processing 1 business day
Transit Approximately 4 days

Ships to United States, including Alaska and Hawaii

Orders placed on a weekend or a federal holiday begin processing the next business day. The roughly four-day figure is transit time after dispatch, not a guarantee for any single package — carriers have bad weeks, and weather and holiday volume both push it out.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number once the package is dispatched. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start showing movement; a number that isn't updating yet usually means the carrier hasn't scanned it, not that something is wrong.

See Track Your Order for how to follow your package.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, before you pay. You'll see the exact amount on the payment screen — we don't add fees after the fact.

Wrong address

We print what you enter at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@getdashproof.com immediately with your order number — before dispatch we can usually fix it. After dispatch we can't reroute a package, and a parcel sent to a wrong address that gets returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

If it says delivered and it isn't there

Check the other doors, the mailroom, and with your neighbours first — most of these turn up within a day. If it doesn't, email us with your order number and we'll open a claim with the carrier. We don't leave you to fight that alone.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, photograph it before you unpack any further and email us the photos. If tracking stops moving for more than seven business days, treat it as lost and get in touch. In both cases we replace or refund — you don't absorb a carrier's mistake.

International

We currently ship within the United States only. We'd rather say that plainly than take an order we can't fulfil.
